Everything you need to know about using BagpipeJudge — from your first upload to tracking long-term progress.
Welcome to BagpipeJudge. Here's how to get your first performance review in under two minutes:

Create your account
Go to Join Free and register with your email. Choose your piping grade — this calibrates your feedback.

Submit a recording
Go to Analyse. Either drag-drop an audio file (MP3, WAV, etc.) or click “Record Live” to play directly into your device's microphone.

Select your tune and critique type
Choose the tune from our library of 64 competition tunes (optional). Select “Basic” for a quick overview or “Comprehensive” for full seven-dimension feedback.

Receive your critique
The analysis takes 30-60 seconds. You'll see a progress indicator as each dimension is assessed. The full critique includes scores, written feedback, strengths, issues, and priority improvement areas.

Share and track progress
Share your critique with your teacher using the Share button. Come back regularly to track your improvement in the Progress section.
